College Dance Recruitment has become unpredictable and difficult to navigate for both dancers and their families. Pathways are far from linear and for so many young dancers it’s hard to know what route to take when looking at dancing in college. Ultimately, there is so much to consider, and it’s an overwhelming arena full of information, options, and unique challenges.
Recruit was developed with the number one goal to serve the individual dancer as no story is identical. There are several considerations as to what a dancer is seeking in their college experience, dance career and the trajectory for how to achieve those dreams is different for every single person. It takes a tremendous amount of knowledge, focus, dedication, patience, and consistency to make it to the finish line. Expert guidance not only provides repose but assurance that you are taking the appropriate steps to ensure future success.
The support you will receive from RECRUIT is two-fold. With nearly over twenty years of experience in the dance industry, I am here to help educate and guide you and your dancer through this ever changing and evolving landscape. Together we will navigate strengths, weaknesses, training plans, clinic registrations, video submissions and more! Most importantly, your dancer will crave support through their recruitment. I will surround your dancer with resources, honesty, and genuine feedback to propel them to their goal and present them as a top recruit for their class. All logistics and deliverables aside, my number one mission is to provide confidence and leadership to your dancer to achieve her dreams - dancing on a college team.
